TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms of Service -❗ Important ❗• My commissions are for personal use only (e.g., profile picture, discord's emote, to be made into keychain and/or sticker, etc.)
• For commercial use, do send me a DM for more details
• I do not draw anything that involves/resembles NSFW, heavy gore, hateful, realism, self-harm, gods, furry(animal ears and tails are fine) and mech
• I have every right to decline a commission if the request is not within the arts I would do
• I'm allowed to post commissioner's commission(s) anywhere unless stated otherwise by the commissioner
• Waiting time is around 1 days - 3 days depending on the waiting list and my availability
• Payment is 50% upfront before I begin, and another 50% after I have finished with your commission
•Product will be sent to you with the "UNPAID" watermark on it until you paid in full. After paying in full, you will get the picture unwatermarked (except for my username, @mimisdigitalart)
• Non-refundable
• Payment is via Ko-fi(Cards/Google Pay) or Stripe(Cards/Google Pay/Apple Pay/Link)🌸By commissioning me, you have read and agreed with my Terms of Service🌸
